This is the agreement every member reads, and accepts, before giving us anything. It is the whole of how we handle what you give us.

What you're agreeing to

What we collect

Your name, date of birth, sex, height, weight, ethnicity, the postcode and country you live in, and the language you choose. Your health history, written in your own words: your family's conditions, your own diagnoses and operations, the medicines you take, and how you live. Your insurance card and any insurance documents you upload.

Who can see it

Two named people — Aditya and Haytham — can see everything you give us. Nobody else at Your Health Concierge has access. Every time one of them opens your record in this service, it is written to an activity log you can request.

When you finish the form, this service copies everything you gave us — your answers and your documents — into a Google Drive folder of your own that only the two of them can open, and they prepare your plan there with Claude. Opening those copies is not recorded in the activity log. They are told you have finished by a message in their own Slack, which names you but includes none of your health information.

How it's read

Your health history and your insurance documents are read by Claude, an AI system made by Anthropic, to draft your plan: which checks suit your age and history, and what your insurance says about each. Both our Claude accounts are set so that what you give us is not used to train Anthropic's models. Your Drive folder, and the plan in it, are stored by Google.

Nothing Claude drafts reaches you unchecked. Aditya or Haytham reads every line of your plan against what you wrote and what your policy says, corrects what is wrong, and only then sends it to you as a PDF. Your own words are kept exactly as you typed them.

Software reading an insurance policy gets things wrong, and what your plan says about cost is never a substitute for what your insurer tells you.

What we do with it

We use it to write your preventive health plan. If you give us permission on the last step of the form, we also contact your insurer and your doctors' offices for you, to check what is covered and to book appointments, sharing only what they need — usually your name, date of birth and insurance details.

It is not sold, not shared with your employer, and not used by us to train anything.

Where it's kept, and for how long

Four companies hold or handle your information for us: Railway, which runs this service and stores everything you give us; Google, which stores your Drive folder; Anthropic, whose Claude reads it to draft your plan; and Slack, which carries the message that you have finished. All four are in the United States. If you live in the European Union, your information leaves it, and the United States does not protect personal information the way EU law does. By agreeing, you are asking us to send it there anyway.

We keep your information for as long as we're helping you with prevention — often years, because screening goes on for years. We delete it when you ask us to, or if we stop running this service.

Your control

You can ask either of us at any time to show you everything we hold about you, correct it, send you a copy, stop using it, or delete it. We will do any of these within 30 days. Deletion removes your record, your documents, your plan, and your Google Drive folder, and we delete the Claude conversations used to prepare it. It cannot be undone. You can withdraw this agreement the same way: we stop and delete what we hold, though that doesn't undo what we did before you asked.

Aditya and Haytham are responsible for your information. Write to security@stayahead.health. If you live in the EU and think we have handled it wrongly, you can complain to your data protection authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
